NOTICE OF VACANCY FOR A

TOWN COUNCILLOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

1. A casual vacancy has occurred in the office of Councillor for the above named Brunswick Ward, caused by the resignation of Councillor Amy Evans.

2. An election to fill the vacancy will be held if, no later than Monday 15th MARCH 2021, a request for such an election is made in writing to the Returning Officer, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Royal Leamington Spa CV32 5HZ by ten local government electors for the said Brunswick Ward.

3. If an election is not requested, Royal Leamington Spa Town Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
