Following the Town Council's adoption of a former BT Telephone kiosk at Clarendon Avenue, the Mayor of Leamington Spa, Caroline Evetts, was pleased to officially declare this life saving facility open.
Speaking as the defibrillator was declared operational on 10th October, Councillor Evetts said: " I am delighted that this iconic feature in our Town has been brought back to use as a life saving device. We of course hope that it will only rarely be needed but the value of having defibrillators in public places has been demonstrated on many occasions.".
